Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definition of Services

NG Filo provides fleet management and corporate logistics solutions, including transport route optimization, mobile asset management, and mobility strategies for the enterprise sector. The Services are described in detail on our website and in individual commercial agreements.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• NG Filo is obligated to provide the services according to contractual specifications and industry standards.
• The Client is obligated to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of the services and to pay the agreed fees by the established deadlines.
• Both parties are obligated to comply with applicable legislation in the fields of transport and data protection.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NG Filo's liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for those services in the last 6 months.

NG Filo is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control (e.g., force majeure, actions by authorities).

4. Payment Terms and Rate Modifications

All rates are expressed in LEI and are subject to applicable taxes. Invoices are issued monthly. NG Filo reserves the right to modify the rates, notifying you at least 30 calendar days before the changes take effect.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing, with prior notice of at least 30 days. NG Filo may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately in case of a significant breach of these Terms by the Client.

6. Modification of Terms

NG Filo reserves the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by announcement on the site. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
